Corrales Law Group was founded in 2012 by siblings Peter Corrales and Janice Corrales as a human rights law firm focused on advocating for the underserved and underrepresented.
Our personal injury practice represents those harmed and in need of strong advocacy. We take on tough liability cases and represent individuals so they are not taken advantage of by large corporations.
Our lawyers remember the reason they chose to spend years in school and know that they are here to serve clients and our community. Client communications are returned within 24 business hours and all questions regarding cases are answered. Our consultations are free and we offer in-home visits for certain clients with disabilities and for those who lack transportation. We understand the distress and fear that comes with a legal problem, and we aim to make clients feel as safe and confident as possible by keeping clients fully informed and always being honest.
Additionally, every person in our office is completely fluent in Spanish and can translate necessary documents. Our lawyers constantly attend seminars and conferences to stay informed as to changes in personal injury law and immigration law, and you can often catch us out and about holding community outreach events, giving out free information, and participating in community service.
Peter Corrales is head of the personal injury practice of Corrales Law Group, he leads a team with vast trial experience and is used to taking cases personally to maximize his client’s recovery. Peter has helped victims recover many times what insurance companies originally offered, leading to millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts.
Janice Corrales leads a vast immigration practice that includes Deportation Defense, Asylum Applications, TPS, NACARA, Bond Hearing Representation, and Prosecutorial Discretion Requests, including Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) applications.
Janice Corrales has many years of experience working with women who have been victims of violence. With the help of her knowledge and experience, our firm serves many victims of crimes who qualify for U visas, T visas, and VAWA self-petitions, and feel comfortable trusting us with their personal stories and cases, knowing we understand.
Our immigration services also include Adjustment of Status Applications, Naturalization Applications, and many different visas, including employment-based visas. If you require consular processing and need to leave the country to apply for a waiver, our office supports you and your loved ones throughout the whole process, walking you step-by-step, making the process as least stressful as possible. In addition to submitting your applications, our firm also offers preparation with an attorney for your interview with immigration and attorney representation at interviews. Service is our priority. Our clients are the reason we are here and the reason we jump out of bed happy to go to work every morning.
